There was a lot of text content on this page but it became too painful to display, so like much of the other  content at this site... I had to remove it. They .... used to say ... that a picture was worth a thousand words.. well I am not sure that with all of the photo magic available today what that says about the verasity or value of those 1000 words.. but maybe the photos and the midi and wav files that remain here  can replace some of the  words that have disappeared one more level  deeper into the LOSTPAgES .  ..... .....
